On August 19, 2024, Honorable Minister Sonam Lama, representing the Public Health Engineering Department, Water Resources Department, and Ecclesiastical Department, along with Shri Kado Lepcha, the Zilla Adhyaksha of Sikkim, visited the Phudong Gumba project.
